This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between BarBuddy Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Company”), and you (“Affiliate”). By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to these terms. This Agreement is between you and The Company only.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Program” means the BarBuddy Affiliate Program. “Affiliate Link” means your unique referral URL. “Affiliate Code” means your unique discount code. “Commission” means payment earned for qualifying referred sales.
“The Company” means BarBuddy Inc., an Ontario corporation, and includes its permitted successors and assigns.
“Product” means the BarBuddy Lifetime Plan only, as offered by The Company from time to time. The Company may modify pricing, packaging, features, terms, or availability in its sole discretion; however, Affiliates are authorized to promote only the Product expressly approved under this Agreement.
“Qualified Purchase” means a purchase that is successfully processed and (i) is not canceled, refunded (in whole or in part), charged back, disputed, reversed, or invalidated, (ii) is not deemed fraudulent or abusive by The Company in its reasonable discretion, and (iii) remains in good standing after the Holding Period.
2. ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION
To join the Program, the Affiliate must:
● Submit accurate registration details
● Agree to these terms electronically
● Provide valid payment information
● Promote the Product ethically and professionally
The Company may approve, deny, or remove an Affiliate at any time.
3. APPROVED PRODUCT FOR PROMOTION
Affiliates are permitted to promote only:
● BarBuddy Lifetime Plan (the “Product”)
No other BarBuddy products, services, or drafts may be promoted unless The Company authorizes it in writing.
4. TRACKING, COOKIES & REFERRALS
A referral is credited when:
● A customer purchases using your Affiliate Link, or
● A customer enters your Affiliate Code at checkout
Cookie Period: 30 days (If the customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive credit.)
Sales without your link or code cannot be manually added or transferred.
Affiliate Codes. Any discount offered through an “Affiliate Code” will be set by The Company in its sole discretion (e.g., $___ off or ___% off). Only discount codes issued by The Company are valid. The Company may change, deactivate, replace, or revoke any Affiliate Code at any time, including to prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution.
Platform Tracking; Source of Truth. Affiliate tracking and attribution are determined solely by the Company’s affiliate platform and payment processors (including, where applicable, Rewardful and Stripe) and their logs (“Platform Records”). Platform Records are the final authority for referral credit, commission calculations, and payouts, and are conclusive and binding absent manifest error. The Company is not responsible for tracking errors caused by ad blockers, cookie restrictions, browser settings, device changes, network outages, platform downtime, payment processor interruptions, or other technical issues outside the Company’s reasonable control.
