BarBuddy Terms of Use

1. You may use BarBuddy solely for your own personal bar exam preparation.
2. You may not share your login, distribute our materials, or use BarBuddy content for commercial purposes.

1. All content, including quizzes, explanations, PDFs, and study guides, is owned by BarBuddy Inc.
2. Copying, sharing, or republishing any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited and may result in account suspension and/or legal action.

1. BarBuddy is an educational support tool, not a provider of legal advice.
2. Users are responsible for checking official materials from the Law Society ofOntario for exam eligibility, content, and requirements.

1. Why 3 Years? Our platform evolves rapidly with updated questions, legalchanges, and new features. This model ensures we can sustainably maintain high-quality support for each student generation. After 3 years, continued access may require renewal or repurchase.
2. BarBuddy defines this as three (3) years of access from the date of purchase.
3. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product (3 years), not the lifetime of the purchaser.

1. BarBuddy offers both monthly and lifetime (3-year) plans.
2. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
3. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for time remaining inthe billing cycle.
4. Lifetime purchases grant access for three years, as outlined above.

1. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude HST, unless otherwise stated.
2. Pricing and features are subject to change with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you:
1. Share your login
2. Resell, scrape, or distribute our content
3. Misuse the platform in any way that violates these terms.

1. BarBuddy does not guarantee that you will pass the bar exam.
2. Your performance depends on your effort, discipline, and use of official Law Society materials.

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
2. You agree to:
First attempt to resolve any issues by contacting support@barbuddy.ca.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, located in Toronto.
2. All disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
3. We may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect our intellectual property or prevent misuse.
